Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

BenchSight, operated by A.I. Esquire, Inc., offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial paid order, or within 30 days of any subscription renewal charge.

Every BenchSight plan also includes a 14-day free trial before any payment is taken, so most users will know whether the product fits before they are charged.

How to request a refund

Our payment processor and Merchant of Record is Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net, Paddle's self-service portal, and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout; or
  2. Email us at support@benchsight.app with your order email and the reason for the request, and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation vs refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, generate a refund of a charge already made. To get money back for a charge you already paid, follow the refund-request steps above within the 30-day window.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined where there is clear evidence of abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding to evade payment) or where required to comply with applicable law. Charges arising from confirmed fraudulent activity on your account will be handled in cooperation with Paddle and the relevant payment networks.
